
Down here at the Fresh Farm we’re not much into fancy culinary terminology. To us ‘brunoise’ and ‘julienne’ just means carrot cubes and carrot sticks. Another thing we’re not entirely sure about is when people decide to put their food ‘on a bed’ of something. Seems to be all the rage when menus are trying to impress us, but we’re pretty sure this monkfish would be more at home on something strung between two palm trees. Teamed up with Bath Pig chorizo and butterbeans we’d recommend pairing it with a cheeky frozen margarita.
