Peppered Pork Fillet

with Chorizo and Roasted Sprouts

We’re not sure if we’re growing up* or whether Patrick has actually struck upon the secret formula for making Brussels Sprouts taste great, but this dish really knocks it out of the ballpark. We've added black pepper to perfectly compliment lean pork loin and our favourite Bath Pig Chorizo. If you’re feeling naughty, stir a teaspoon of butter into your gravy at the end. Nobody needs to know!
