a) Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7.
b) Pop the walnuts onto a lined baking tray and drizzle over half the honey. TIP: If your honey has hardened, put the sachet in a bowl of hot water for 1 min to loosen.
c) Bake on the middle shelf of your oven until lightly golden and sticky, 5-7 mins.

a) Meanwhile, remove the pistachios from their shells and roughly chop.
b) Divide the Greek style yoghurt between 2 serving bowls.

a) Arrange the granola in a line on top of the yoghurt. Arrange the pistachios on one side of the granola and the baked walnuts on the other side.
b) Drizzle over the remaining honey to finish.
