For those of you who haven’t heard the fantastic Facebook news, our very own sous chef extraordinaire Rachel recently graduated top of her class from the world famous Cordon Bleu culinary school. She even got a medal. The Cordon Bleu has been turning out some of the best chefs on the planet for over a hundred years and though they’re famed for fine dining Rachel has been turning her skills to the simple, flavour-packed recipes you love. Tonight’s dinner is a tasty twist on an Italian classic...and not a complicated French culinary term in sight!

Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites. Due to the conflict in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. The FSA have advised that allergic reactions to rapeseed oil are rare.
