Luckily for all of us our trusty sous chef doesn’t believe in that nonsense and last week she set about creating her own version of a classic lasagne. Simple, fresh and light was the brief and everyone down at the Fresh Farm agreed she knocked this one out of the ballpark. Capers add a fantastic twist whilst fresh egg pasta will leave you yearning for more. Which is why we’ve given you enough for seconds!

Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites.
