Roasted Ras-el-Hanout Vegetables

with Giant Cous Cous, Baby Spinach and Citrus Yoghurt Dressing (5 MEAL)

This evening we want to introduce you to a relatively new member of the Hello Fresh family: giant cous cous. Also known as Israeli cous cous, pearl cous cous and even ‘Ptitim’ (if you happen to be in Jerusalem) it’s made from semolina and has a wonderful chewy texture. Tonight we’re teaming it up with the nutritional powerhouse that is spinach and adding an extra kick of spice with some North African ras-el-hanout. Perfect for an evening in the desert or just kicking back in the garden.

Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites. Due to the war in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. The FSA have advised that allergic reactions to rapeseed oil are rare.
