Instructions

Prep
1

a) Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the flesh in one piece, then thinly slice.
b)Halve the Pretzel bun.

Finish the Prep
2

a) Crumble the feta.
b) Spread the Red pepper and Chilli Jam on the top and bottom of the roll.

Layer it Up
3

a) Layer the serrano ham, avocado and feta in the roll.
b) If you're eating straight away, pop your sandwich on a plate and dig in.
c) If you're eating later, place it into a container and store in your fridge.
