It’s not often that we get to tinker in the kitchen with miso, so let’s take a look at this evening’s star ingredient. Used for thousands of years in the Far East, miso is a paste made from soya beans and has spread from the shores of Japan to gain worldwide acclaim. Tonight we’re teaming it up with Tenderstem broccoli for a quick, protein-packed taste of the Orient to awaken the samurai warrior within. Gambatte!*

Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites. Due to the war in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. The FSA have advised that allergic reactions to rapeseed oil are rare.
