Not so very long ago every Saturday you could find our Head Chef toiling away in the kitchen's of London's popular Brindisa restaurant. He volunteered for the job having eaten there almost every week for a year and wanted to discover the secrets behind his favourite food. Carefully shaping delicious croquetas was a regular job, so when sous chef Rachel said she wanted to knock out this recipe the nostalgia kicked in and they went for it. Perfect for a sunny evening with a bottle of something cold!

Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites. Due to the conflict in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. The FSA have advised that allergic reactions to rapeseed oil are rare.
