These little floating clouds of deliciousness are an Italian favourite and combined with a traditional puttanesca sauce they’re a perfect quick fix. As with the best of Italian cuisine this dish doesn’t overcomplicate matters with all sorts of ingredients - we’ve just chosen the best produce we can find and let it talk for itself.
