
This breakfast parfait is a simple yet delicious way to elevate your morning, with granola, almonds and apple, layered between red berry compote and Kefir.

a) Quarter, core and finely chop the apples (no need to peel).
TIP: If you like your kefir a little sweeter, add it to a medium bowl and stir through honey to taste (see pantry for recommended amount).
c) Add a quarter each of the red berry compote to 2 appropriately sized glasses.
a) Top the red berry compote with a qaurter each of the kefir.
b) Top the kefir with a qaurter each of the granola, followed a qaurter each of the apples.
a) Sprinkle over a qaurter each of the toasted flaked almonds.
b) Repeat with the remaining red berry compote, kefir, granola, apples and almonds to finish.
