
With Christmas crackers and tinsel appearing in the shops a month ago it’s difficult not to start daydreaming of all things festive. We’ve been putting together our Hello Fresh Christmas menu (a.k.a. doing lots of taste testing) and one of our favourite recipes are the pigs in blankets. In fact they’re so good that we got inspired to do a little pre-crimbo variation on the theme. Fresh Tip: For ultra-smooth mash we recommend you push your cooked potatoes through a metal sieve before mixing with your butter, milk and salt. Divine!
