a) Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat.
b) Once the oil is hot, lay in the bacon rashers and fry until crispy and brown, 3-4 mins on each side.
c) Transfer to a plate lined with kitchen paper. IMPORTANT: Wash your hands and equipment after handling raw meat. Cook bacon thoroughly.
a) Meanwhile, halve the bagels and toast in your toaster.
b) Once toasted, pop the bagel halves onto your plates and spread with the cream cheese.
a) Once slightly cooled, halve each piece of bacon widthways and lay on top of the cream cheese bagels.
b) Drizzle over the honey.
c) Eat your bagels either open or closed - up to you.
