Coronation chicken was designed in 1953 to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II's Coronation. This is our take on the classic to celebrate the King's Coronation. Layered with mango chutney and rocket, this sandwich is a quick and tasty lunchtime meal - and a great addition to at-home afternoon tea this bank holiday!
