a) Quarter, core and grate the apple (no need to peel).
b) Roughly crush the hazelnuts in the unopened sachet using a rolling pin.
c) Equally share the yoghurt, honey and oats between 2 serving bowls and stir to combine. TIP: If your honey has hardened, pop it in a bowl of hot water for 1 min.
a) Divide the grated apple between your bowls.
b) Mix again until combined.
a) Sprinkle over the blueberries and chopped hazelnuts to finish.
