Brits can be a funny lot. It’s not unheard of for the city dwellers amongst us to live next door to somebody for years and never actually meet them. In fact it’s not uncommon for neighbours to make sure they never pass each other in the hallway for fear that they might have to make small talk. Not so for our Head Chef. He recently moved next door to an awesome couple who happen to be extremely handy in the kitchen. Tonight’s recipe was inspired by a casual dinner they knocked up a couple of weeks ago - thanks for the inspiration Rob and Charisse!
