When Patrick showed us the picture of this dish, reactions around the Farm were instant and varied. On the one hand we almost fell off our chairs because it looked so good, which led to our second reaction: why didn’t he bring us in a plate to try? Apparently, something this fresh doesn’t like to be kept waiting (excuses!) and needless to say nearly the entire team has ordered a box this week! Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites. Due to the war in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. The FSA have advised that allergic reactions to rapeseed oil are rare.
