When Patrick showed us the picture of this dish, reactions around the Farm were instant and varied. On the one hand we almost fell off our chairs because it looked so good, which led to our second reaction: why didn’t he bring us in a plate to try? Apparently, something this fresh doesn’t like to be kept waiting (excuses!) and needless to say nearly the entire team has ordered a box this week!
