  • Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan on high heat.
  • Once hot, fry the mince and mushrooms, 5-6 mins. Break up the mince as it cooks.
  • Once cooked, drain the fat from the mince. Season with salt and pepper. IMPORTANT: Wash hands and utensils after handling raw meat. Cook so there's no pink in the middle.
  • Add the coleslaw mix and stir-fry for 1-2 mins.
  • Add the noodles to the pan and stir-fry for a further 1 min. 
  • Stir in the teriyaki, gochujang, honey and water (see pantry).
  • Toss to coat everything in the sauce.
  • Stir-fry for a further 1 min. 
  • Taste, season with salt and pepper if needed.
  • Share the noodles out between your serving bowls. 
  • Sprinkle over the sesame seeds to finish.
  • Enjoy!
