Baba Ga-what?! Baba ganoush is one of our summer favourites and once you see how easy it is to make you’ll wave goodbye to the dodgy supermarket version forever. We’re told that baba ganoush actually means ‘pampered papa’ (!) and our chef first fell in love with it on a trip to his favourite foodie country Lebanon. Though you may be used to having it as a dip we’ve teamed it up with juicy pomegranate and citrus flavours for tonight’s dinner. Yalla!

Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites. Due to the war in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. The FSA have advised that allergic reactions to rapeseed oil are rare.
