  • Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7.
  • Place the chicken in an ovenproof dish along with the juices. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Roast on the middle shelf of your oven for 20-25 mins. IMPORTANT: Ensure the chicken is piping hot throughout. 
  • Pop the sweet potato onto a baking tray. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, then toss to coat. Roast on the top shelf, 20-22 mins.

  • In a bowl, combine the coleslaw and mayo. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In the last 5 mins of roasting time, add the green veg alongside the sweet potato to warm through.
  • Squeeze the rice pouch to separate the grains. Tear a strip approx 2cm along the top. Cook the rice according to pack instructions.

  • Once cooked, remove from the chicken from the oven and shred with two forks. Stir through the teriyaki.
  • Drizzle the gochujang over the sweet potato and toss.
  • Share the rice between your bowls. Top with the chicken, sweet potato, green veg and slaw.
  • Sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
  • Enjoy!
