Much like a champion boxer in the run-up to the big day, we’ve pared down this tasty tagine to make it quick and light on its feet. The remaining cooking can be done in the sauce, which keeps them nice and juicy. During any downtime we recommend a bit of shadow boxing to work up an appetite.
