Not so very long ago a seismic tremor rocked the Indian restaurants of the UK. Newspapers were emblazoned with angry headlines and protesters took to the streets. Curry had been knocked from it’s number one position as UK’s favourite dish, in favour of the stir-fry. Springing into action, Head Chef Patrick headed into the kitchen to whip up this recipe in the hope of rekindling our tandoori related passion. Kiss goodbye to the stir-fry.
