
Spring has sprung! A new season of fruit and veg is ready for our plates, which is why we've created this Fruity Smoothie Selection. Featuring pineapple, mango, lime, blueberries, orange and lemon, these 6 smoothies are sure to put a spring in your step. Please note a blender is required.

After blending your ingredients according to the steps, you can follow the tips below to adjust your smoothies to your taste!
a) If you would like your smoothies thinner, add 100ml water and blend again.
TIP: Add a little at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
b) If you like your smoothies a little sweeter, add honey to taste.
c) To make your smoothies colder, add a few ice cubes and blend until smooth. We recommend about 4 ice cubes.
d) Your smoothies are best enjoyed freshly made!

a) Halve 2 avocados and remove the stones. Use a tablespoon to scoop the flesh into your blender. Juice the lemon into the blender.
b) Add the blueberries, low fat natural yoghurt, and the pineapple rings and juice from 1 tin into the blender. Blend until smooth.
c) Divide between 2 glasses to finish.
