a) Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7.
b) Peel and grate the garlic (or use a garlic press). In a small bowl, mix the unsalted butter and garlic and season with salt and pepper.
a) Spread the garlic butter over your naans.
b) Pop on a baking tray and put in the oven to bake, 5 mins.
a) Meanwhile, roughly chop half of the corrinader (stalks and all).
b) Sprinkle on top of the naans once they have been removed from the oven.
