This yoghurt breakfast bowl is an ideal start to your morning. Greek style yoghurt is layered with red berry compote, slices of apple and a scattering of hazelnuts and granola. Drizzle honey over the top for a breakfast that's both special and super speedy.

Get Prepped

a) Quarter, core and finely chop the apples (no need to peel).

b) Roughly crush the hazelnuts in the unopened sachet using a rolling pin.

Swirl the Yoghurt

a) Share the yoghurt between 2 serving bowls and swirl through the red berry compote.

Breakfast is Ready
3

a) Top the berry yoghurt in sections with the apples, hazelnuts and granola.

b) Drizzle over the honey to finish. TIP: If your honey has hardened, pop it in a bowl of hot water for 1 min.
