Review summary

Updated on Feb 2026
  • Flavour: Many enjoyed the unique, flavoursome dressing, though some found it overpowering or too salty. Consider adjusting seasoning to taste.
  • Ease of prep: Quick and simple to prepare, with roasting offering a nice alternative to boiling or steaming.
  • Suggestions: Steam broccoli briefly before roasting for tender stems. Reduce sauce slightly; use less lime for a milder flavour.
  • Portions: Often described as a side dish rather than a full meal; some found it enough for one person.
