Down at the Hello Fresh Farm we get a lot of satisfaction out of making recipes which whoop the restaurant versions and this piri piri chicken is no exception! You can actually make this recipe two ways if the smaller members of the family aren’t too keen on spice - simply leave the piri piri out for their chicken breasts. To get maximum flavour in minimum time we also recommend scoring (i.e. making a few deep cuts) across each chicken breast before you add the marinade.
