Smokin’ Cowboy Style Sausage, Homemade Baked Beans

Smokin’ Cowboy Style Sausage, Homemade Baked Beans

and Mash (F)

Patrick is a pretty open-minded guy. Except when it comes to baked beans. When sous chef Rachel said she could beat his favourite Heinz beans (it’s a bit of a guilty pleasure with granary toast and salty butter) he just wasn’t convinced. And then the impossible happened! For this recipe we recommend you co-ordinate the beans, mash and sausages at the same time as far as your juggling skills allow and the cooking time will be halved. The only trouble with this recipe is it’s so good you’ll never be able to go back to tinned again!

Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites. Due to the war in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. The FSA have advised that allergic reactions to rapeseed oil are rare.
