Last month Patrick headed off to India to promote his TV show, so as you can imagine there’s been a real injection of Bollywood energy at the Fresh Farm since his return. Danny (AKA the bean counter) has been gyrating his hips to the sound of Bhangra beats whilst Caroline has been dabbling with a bit of henna. The influence has been most pronounced in the kitchen where sous chef Rachel knocked out this plate of Bombay deliciousness - beautifully authentic flavours with our premium Roaming Roosters steak.
