What’s better than a traditional cheese sandwich? Our Cheese and Caramelised Onion Roll with Tomato and Rocket. We’ve taken the classic favourite and given it a decadent twist, topping a seeded roll with mayonnaise and onion marmalade and packing it full of rich and creamy Cheddar cheese, rocket and tomato. Enjoy!

a) Thinly slice the cheese. b) Thinly slice the tomato. c) Slice the seeded roll in half lengthways.
