a) If you have a microwave, heat the grain pouch according to the packet instructions (if not then don't worry about this.)
b) Pop the grains into your serving bowl (if eating straight away) or tuppaware (if taking your lunch somewhere).
a) Crumble in the feta and add half the dressing and mix together.
a) If you're eating straight away, place your rocket on top of the grains and drizzle over the remaining dressing.
b) Finish with the falafels and enjoy.
c) If you're eating later, do this just before you're about to eat (just to avoid the rocket going soggy). Enjoy!
