Instructions

Blend the Smoothies Your Way
1

After blending your ingredients according to the steps, you can follow the tips below to adjust your smoothies to your taste!

a) If you would like your smoothies thinner, add 100ml water and blend again.
TIP: Add a little at a time until you reach the desired consistency.

b) If you like your smoothies a little sweeter, add honey to taste.

c) To make your smoothies colder, add a few ice cubes and blend until smooth. We recommend about 4 ice cubes.

d) Your smoothies are best enjoyed freshly made!

Tropical Mango Smoothie
2

a) Peel the mangoes. Slice down either side of the stone to make 2 'cheeks'. Cut any remaining flesh from the stone, then cut the mango into large pieces (discard the stone). Pop into your blender.

b) Halve one avocado and remove the stone. Use a tablespoon to scoop the flesh into your blender. Remove the pineapple rings from 2 tins and add to the blender, then add the pineapple juice from 1 of the tins. Discard the remaining pineapple juice or keep for another recipe.

c) Juice the orange into the blender. Add the coconut yoghurt, then blend until smooth, 1-2 mins, or until the smoothie is the consistency you like.

d) Divide your smoothie between the glasses to finish.

Blueberry and Pineapple Smoothie
3

a) Halve 2 avocados and remove the stones. Use a tablespoon to scoop the flesh into your blender. Juice the lemon into the blender.

b) Add the blueberries, low fat natural yoghurt, the rest of 1 tin of pineapple rings and the pineapple juice from the tin into the blender. Blend until smooth, 1-2 mins, or until the smoothie is the consistency you like.

c) Divide your smoothie between 2 glasses to finish.

Piña Colada Inspired Smoothie
4

a) Zest and quarter the lime. Add the coconut milk, honey, a squeeze of lime juice, a pinch of lime zest, along with 1 tin of pineapple rings and the pineapple juice from the tin into the blender. TIP: Add more lime juice and zest to taste.

b) Blend until smooth, 1-2 mins, or until the smoothie is the consistency you like.

c) Divide your smoothie between 2 glasses to finish.

Enjoy!
