Instructions

a) Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat. 

b) Once the oil is hot, lay in the bacon rashers and fry until crispy and brown, 3-4 mins on each side.

c) Transfer to a plate lined with kitchen paper. IMPORTANT: Wash your hands and equipment after handling raw meat. Cook bacon thoroughly.

a) Meanwhile, halve the ciabatta and toast in your toaster.

b) Once toasted, pop the ciabatta halves onto your plates and spread with the cream cheese.

a) Once slightly cooled, halve each piece of bacon widthways and lay on top of the cream cheese ciabatta.

b) Drizzle over the honey.

c) Eat your ciabatta either open or closed - up to you.
