a) Quarter, core and finely grate the apples (no need to peel) into a large bowl.
b) Set aside 6 freeze dried raspberries in a small bowl for tomorrow morning.
c) Crush the remaining raspberries in their bag using a rolling pin.

a) Add the honey and creme fraiche to the grated apples. TIP: If your honey has hardened, put the sachet in a bowl of hot water for 1 min to loosen.
b) Add the water (see pantry for amount), the crushed freeze dried raspberries and the instant oats to the bowl.
c) Mix to combine, then cover and refrigerate overnight.

a) When you're ready to eat, add a quarter each of the overnight oats to 2 appropriately sized glasses.
b) Divide the red berry compote between the glasses, then top with the remaining oats.
c) Arrange the reserved freeze dried raspberries on top of your overnight oats to finish.
