Bake the baguette on the middle shelf of your oven at 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7, 10-12 mins. Once baked, allow to cool, 5 mins. Fry the bacon rashers until crispy and brown, 3-4 mins on each side. IMPORTANT: Wash your hands and equipment after handling raw meat. Cook bacon thoroughly. Cut the halloumi slices, then fry until golden, 2-3 mins each side. Halve the baguette, then spread the smashed avocado onto the base. Top with the fried bacon and halloumi. Sandwich on the baguette lid, slice in half and share between 2 plates. Enjoy!
