Review summary

Updated on Feb 2026
  • Flavour: The honey-based vinaigrette adds a delicious touch, though some found the red wine vinegar overpowering.
  • Ease of prep: Simple to prepare, this salad makes a quick and easy side dish or light lunch option.
  • Suggestions: Consider adding protein like tuna or chicken skewers for a more substantial meal. Cheese or crispy bacon can boost flavour.
  • Portions: Some found the salad sufficient for one person as a main course rather than two servings.
