If you don't have a toaster, preheat your grill to high.
Halve the ciabatta.
Toast in your toaster until golden. Alternatively, grill on the top shelf until golden, 2-3 mins.
Give the carton a good shake.
Microwave on full power: Cat E 900W 5 mins. To microwave: Simply open the carton and pop in the microwave for 5 mins, stirring halfway through, until piping hot.
Pour soup into a saucepan and heat on medium until piping hot, stirring frequently.
Let the soup stand for 1 min before eating. Do not reheat when cooled.
