
It's hard to beat a ham and cheese sandwich. This one is elevated with Red Leicester, smoked ham, sliced tomatoes and onion marmalade, layered inside a soft, organic multigrain baguette.

a) Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7.
b) Remove the bread from the packaging and pop onto a baking tray.
c) Bake on the middle shelf of your oven until toasted and golden, 10-12 mins. Once baked, allow to cool, 5 mins.

a) While the bread warms, thinly slice the red Leicester.
b) Thinly slice the tomatoes.
c) Once the baguette has cooled slightly, slice it in half lengthways, then spread the butter over the base.
d) Spread the onion marmalade over the lid of the baguette.

a) Lay the smoked ham slices over the base of the baguette.
b) Top with the slices of cheese, followed by the tomato slices.
c) Sandwich on the baguette lid, slice in half widthways and share between 2 plates.
