a) Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7.
b) Remove the bread from the packaging and pop onto a baking tray. Bake until toasted and golden, 10-12 mins.
c) Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir together the sweet chilli sauce and the cooked chicken slices.
d) Thinly slice the tomatoes.
e) Once baked, allow the baguette to cool, 5 mins.
a) Once the baguette has cooled slightly, slice in half lengthways.
b) Spread the mayo onto the base of the roll, the lay the rocket on top.
c) Arrange the tomato slices on top of the rocket.
a) Arrange the sweet chilli chicken pieces on top of the tomato.
b) Sandwich on the baguette lid, slice in half widthways and share between 2 plates.
