Cooking Instructions and Tips

  • Boil a full kettle. Pour it into a saucepan with 0.5 tsp salt on high heat.
  • Boil the orzo, 10 mins. Once cooked, drain and run under cold water.
  • Meanwhile, drain the sweetcorn. Halve the lemon (see ingredients).

  • Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan on high heat.
  • Once hot, fry the chicken and sweetcorn, 8-10 mins. Season with salt and pepper. IMPORTANT: Wash hands and utensils after handling raw meat. Cook so there's no pink in the middle.
  • Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the harissa, juice from the lemon, honey and olive oil (see pantry for both). Seaosn with salt and pepper.

  • Add the cumin to the chicken and cook, 1 min more. Remove from the heat.
  • Add the cooked orzo, chicken, sweetcorn and rocket to the dressing bowl. Toss to combine.

  • Share the orzo salad between your bowls.
  • Crumble over the Greek style cheese.
  • Enjoy!
