Oh we’re excited about this one! For the last 3 months we’ve been relentlessly testing falafel. It may sound like an easy task but we’ve had to factor in blindfolded taste testing into the Fresh Farm timetable every week. It was a close run race but in the end our friends down at Amisa came up with the goods. Not only is this mix organic but teamed up with a fresh tasting homemade tabbouleh it’s a culinary magic carpet ride to the Middle East! Slather in lots of yoghurt dressing and enjoy!
