Bake the baguette on the middle shelf of your oven at 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7, 10-12 mins. Once baked, allow to cool, 5 mins. Cook the pigs in blankets according to packet instructions.
Combine the coleslaw mx and mayo together in a bowl.
Once baked, halve the baguette, then spread the apple & sage jelly onto the baguette base. Layer over the cooked pigs in blankets, followed by the coleslaw. Top with the baguette lid, slice in half and share between 2 plates.
