
There are two types of Dahl that are very popular around the Hello Fresh Farm. One contains red lentils and the other is called Sophie. The latter has been inspiring Patrick of late with her fantastically simple, seasonal recipes and the former is the subject of tonight’s dinner. The last time we put together a dahl it was off the charts popular, so we thought we’d try a new version with a whole host of fresh veggies from our wonderful greengrocer. Dahl-icious!
