Having created over 500 recipes now somedays Patrick and his sous chef Rachel do scratch their heads when looking for the next culinary inspiration. Of late they’ve been pretty inspired by the mouthwatering photos Mark Popkiewicz has been posting on our Facebook page but this week it came from a quite unexpected source.
