This yoghurt breakfast bowl is an ideal start to your morning. Greek style yoghurt is layered with red berry compote, slices of apple and a scattering of pecans and granola. Drizzle honey over the top for a breakfast that's both special and super speedy.

a) Quarter, core and finely chop the apples (no need to peel).
b) Roughly chop the pecans.
a) Share the yoghurt between 2 serving bowls and swirl through the red berry compote.
a) Top the berry yoghurt in sections with the apples, pecans and granola.
b) Drizzle over the honey to finish (see pantry for amount).
