
Layer the soft multigrain baguette with rich Serrano ham, Cheddar cheese, pesto mayo and rocket for an extra special lunchtime meal.

a) Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7.
b) Remove the bread from the packaging and pop onto a baking tray. Bake until toasted and golden, 10-12 mins.
c) Once baked, allow to cool, 5 mins.

a) Meanwhile, grate the Cheddar cheese.
b) In a small bowl, mix together the pesto and the mayo (see pantry for amount). TIP: It's just as delicious without the mayo.
c) Slice the baguette in half lengthways.

a) Spread the pesto mayo over the lid and base the baguette.
b) Top the base with the grated Cheddar.
c) Layer the Cheddar with the Serrano ham slices, then the rocket.
d) Sandwich on the baguette lid, slice in half widthways and share between 2 plates.
