Bake your Pies

Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan/ gas mark 4.

Remove your pies from their boxes and pop onto a baking tray.

Once hot, bake your pies on the top shelf of your oven until piping hot, 25 mins.

Make the Salad

Meanwhile, halve the baby plum tomatoes

Put the balsamic glaze in a medium bowl and add the olive oil (see pantry for amount).

Season with salt and pepper, then add the tomatoes. Mix together and set aside.

Finish Off

Once the pie is cooked, add the baby leaves to the bowl of tomatoes and toss to coat in the dressing.

Serve the pies with the salad on the side and a dollop of mayo (see pantry for amount).
