We're not even sure it makes any sense how good this dish tastes. Patrick actually said he would consider starting a family just to be eligible for the family box this week. It's also a Hello Fresh first for the star of tonight’s dish: pork belly. It’s not always easy to get hold of great pork belly but we dropped a line to our brilliant butcher Nick 'The Knife' and as ever he delivered the goods.
