Instructions

1

a) Fill and boil your kettle.

b) Pop the panko breadcrumbs, mustard and water (see ingredients for amount) into a bowl, mix together.

c Add the beef mince. Season with salt and pepper.

d) Mix everything together until combined. Form the mixture into 6 balls per person.

e) Pop the meatballs onto a large baking tray, drizzle with oil and bake on the top shelf of your oven until browned and cooked through, 8-10 mins. IMPORTANT: Wash your hands and equipment after handling raw meat. The meatballs are cooked when no longer pink in the middle.

2

a) Pour the boiled water into a large saucepan with 0.5 tsp salt

b) Pop onto high heat and return to the boil.

c) Halve the salad potatoes (no need to peel).

d)Trim and halve the beans

3

a) When boiling, add the potatoes to the water, lower the heat to medium and cook until you can easily slip a knife through, 15-20 mins.

b) When there are 5 mins left for the potatoes, pop the green beans in the boiling water with them, cook until softened but still crunchy, 3-4 mins.

c) Drain the green beans and potatoes. Pop back into the saucepan, cover with a lid to keep warm.

4

a) Meanwhile, roughly chop the dill (stalks and all).

b) Pop the butter and half the dill into the potatoes and beans.

c) Toss together until evenly coated.

d) Season with salt and pepper

5

a) Pop the caramelised onion into a saucepan on medium heat and let melt, 1-2 mins.

b) Add the savoury gravy into the saucepan, along with the water for the gravy (see ingredients for amount) and whisk until thickened, 2-3 mins.

c) Stir the soured cream into the gravy until combined.

d) Taste and season with salt and plenty of pepper.

6

a) Share the meatballs between your plates along with the buttery beans and potatoes.

b) Drizzle the gravy onto the meatballs

c) Sprinkle the remaining dill.

Enjoy!
