Yes, this is absolutely as delicious as the title suggests! Last week we dropped by our fishmonger James Knight for a catch up and our beady little eyes spotted something new on the fish counter! The shellfish butter with tonight’s tiger prawns was produced by two chaps in Ireland called James and Colin. They started the Atlantic Seafood Company of Ireland a few years ago and since then people all over the world are making appreciative food related noises about them!
